Position Description:

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle remote support requests from our clients. You will be responsible for walking customers through the process of achieving their goal with ScannerVision, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug, network related issues or the setting up of a template for the user. You will also be responsible for communicating with our design and programming staff about suspected software problems. If this sounds like a good fit, get in touch.

The successful candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in Information Technology or Technical Support
  • High School diploma/GED required

Beneficial experience/skills:

  • University degree or diploma
  • Basic scripting experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • CompTIA A+ and N+ certification
  • Experience with the ScannerVision product family
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Good communication skills

  • Extensive experience with Windows operating systems
